We are all feeling the pinch these days. Times seem to be straining most family budgets. Or maybe you are just trying to stay one step ahead of the game. In my family we have made a few changes, simple changes. We have expanded the garden plot. Are building and installing a clothes line. We also cook simple foods. One little thing I do now is add a can of beans to any taco filling. It is good for us and it turns one pound of filling into almost two. Since we frequently have "extra" people (Chris and Camille) it is always good to have a little "extra" dinner.
